Choose the right caregiver
After finding a caregiver who may be a good match, the family can submit a private request for the caregiver’s contact information.
Create a free family account
A family must create a free HireACare account before requesting contact information. The account allows the family to privately track requests and receive approved caregiver contact details.
Receive contact information privately
HireACare reviews the request and aims to make the caregiver’s approved contact information available privately in the family dashboard within 24 hours.
Contact the caregiver directly
After contact information is shared, the family may communicate directly with the caregiver by phone or email to discuss the position, schedule, compensation and other expectations.
Complete the placement payment
When the family decides to employ a caregiver, HireACare will provide a secure payment link for a placement payment equivalent to the caregiver’s agreed wages for the first week.
