Key responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate information and act lawfully.
- Families and caregivers must independently evaluate one another.
- Any work, pay, tax, immigration, insurance, scheduling, or household arrangement is between the family and caregiver.
- Users should report suspected fraud, abuse, harassment, or illegal conduct.
